Okay... I haven't had a piece of bread in a week! That is saying something. I have snacked on pistashios (the 'skinny nut', so I've recently learned..30 nuts = approx 100 calories). I've made some Boars Head turkey, munster cheese, lettuce wraps, enjoyed scrambled eggs for breakfast, sampled fruit: strawberries are exceptional right now.. and found tacos when on the road ( not really recommended with the Wheat Belly plan, but I'm feeling my way through this..) There have been other meals as well of course .. trying to stick with protien and veggies, eggs and cheese.. got some pinto beans soaking right now...and I have ordered my new bread baking machine .. yep, I'm serious. I must admit however that I was tempted off my path by some dinner invites this week that sounded good at the time, but such is life.. this is going to take some work and patience.. old habits die hard. Right off the bat ..for some reason, I find myself getting up before sunrise between 6 and 7 AM ideas flowing with energy to boot.
Hmmmm.
I have just recently started a new business which which I am very excited about. 'The sky is the limit' with this thing and the timeing is perfect! ( More about that later). And, I am finally taking advantage of some great mentoring with regard to marketing my art.(Another thing dear to my heart.) So, the new year is starting out with a bang and I guess the excitement and novelty could be spurring the early rising phenomenon!
